This agreement governs use of the private QuickBooks Online integration ("the App") operated by Reinforced Events (Daniel Koster, St. Petersburg, Florida).
The App is licensed solely for the internal bookkeeping of Reinforced Events. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to any other person or company.
The App accesses QuickBooks Online data only after the company's owner authorizes it through Intuit's OAuth sign-in. That authorization can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. The user is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of the accounting records it creates or changes.
To the extent permitted by law, Reinforced Events is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. The App is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit. Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's own terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
